Annual Staff Conference

Every year in February, we hold an annual conference for staff across Maiden Erlegh Trust (MET).  The conference is an opportunity for staff to come together and attend some of the many sessions on offer to them by internal and external speakers.  This year's theme is: Belonging and Mattering.

As part of our lead-up to the Annual Conference, we are profiling our speakers to showcase their expertise, insights, and vision for the future of education.  We will be publishing their interviews on our website in due course.

Continued Professional Development and Learning Carousels

In addition to the CPD days we have every year, staff are also offered a range of professional development opportunities through a programme of learning carousels which take place every term.   A range of sessions are available for support and teaching staff at all levels.
