Emma Bliss
Miss Emma Bliss was appointed as Interim Headteacher of Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge in January 2025. Having been a valued member of the school’s leadership team since 2016, she brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the school community to her role.
Throughout her time at Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge, Miss Bliss has been instrumental in driving improvements in teaching and learning, student wellbeing, and pastoral care. Her leadership is rooted in high expectations and a belief that every student should have the opportunity to succeed in a supportive and aspirational environment.
Miss Bliss is committed to fostering a culture where students feel valued, challenged, and encouraged to reach their full potential. She works closely with staff, students, and families to ensure that the school continues to provide an inclusive and high-quality education that reflects the values of Maiden Erlegh Trust.
Working alongside her experienced leadership team and with the support of Maiden Erlegh Trust, Miss Bliss is focused on strengthening the school’s provision and ensuring that every student is equipped with the skills and confidence to thrive, both academically and personally.
