Julie Foster

Julie was appointed Chief Operations Officer in September 2024. 

Julie is responsible for operations across the Trust, including estates management, ICT, catering, data and our People & Culture service. She oversees the Trust’s business managers and works closely with them and the local headteachers to ensure that shared services are providing an efficient and cost-effective service to meet their needs. 

Julie is also the sustainability lead for Maiden Erlegh Trust and will work closely with the schools to engage students and staff with our sustainability strategy.

Julie is an ACA qualified accountant and has over 10 years’ experience of working as a business manager across different types of setting.
