Our Shared Services team provides a wide range of valuable support to our partner schools that enables our school leaders, teachers, and support staff to prioritise on our children and young people.

Our Shared Services teams are organised into four directorates:

Corporate Governance Directorate

• Governance of the Trust, including clerking and coordination of governance training
• Marketing and Communications, including website compliance

Our Education Directorate comprises a multi-skilled and experienced team of school leaders who are highly knowledgeable in their fields of expertise.

Finance and Resources Directorate

Our Finance and Resources Directorate ensures robust financial management and oversight through a highly qualified team of finance professionals. 

• Coordination of internal and external audit

• Accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Budget setting, monitoring, and guidance

Operations Directorate

Our Operations Directorate ensures our schools have access to expertise in a wide range of business and operations support functions, including:

• Procurement and complex contract management
• Employee relations case management

• Recruitment and selection
• Performance management
• GDPR support
• ICT support and transformation

• Estates Management, including compliance and complex capital project management
