River Academy Launches New Community Lecture Series – Open to All!

River Academy is delighted to launch its new Community Lectures series, a termly programme of free public talks delivered by distinguished academics from leading universities.

These lectures are designed to engage, inspire, and educate students, parents, and our wider community.

What’s it about?
Each lecture will explore fascinating topics across history, science, and technology, providing attendees with access to expert knowledge in an informal setting.

Who can attend?
Everyone! These free lectures are open to the entire community – no registration required. Just turn up, listen, and enjoy!

Where will the lectures be held?
The lectures will take place in the Main Hall at River Academy, a lovely new Maiden Erlegh Trust secondary school located on the banks of the River Thames in Reading.

This is a fantastic opportunity for visitors to visit the school, see the modern facilities, and experience its welcoming atmosphere.
