Year 11 student, Byron, recently took part in UK Sports ‘Find your Greatness’ initiative. Following 3 fitness tests, he was selected from 1000s of entries to go to London for regional trials. Byron was selected for British Cycling team trials from 750 athletes aged 16-24.

Byron will now go to do 3 sessions at the Manchester Velodrome with the British cycling team. On Saturday he learnt how to ride on the track alongside young British Olympic cyclists. An amazing opportunity to train with the very best and become a potential Olympian.  Good luck Byron.
