Hamilton School is judged to be a 'GOOD' school following its recent Ofsted inspection
We are delighted to be able to share the news that Hamilton School have been judged as a GOOD school after their recent Ofsted inspection which took place in May.
This reflects just how far the school as come in recent years and we would like to congratulate Sarah Concannon (Headteacher), everyone at Hamilton School and Trust colleagues who have supported the school on this wonderful achievement.

Sarah Concannon, Headteacher (Hamilton School), said:
“I am delighted to share the fantastic news that our school has been awarded a "Good" rating by Ofsted. This marks a significant and transformative improvement for our school.
The journey Hamilton School have been on to achieve "Good" has been a testament to the dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment of our entire school community. I would like to take this opportunity to express how proud I am of Hamilton School's great students, fantastic and hard-working staff, and supportive parents for their collective efforts and support.
The report praises all aspects of the school explaining that “pupils' learning and behaviour have increased significantly since the school opened” and that “pupils are expected to work hard, to behave well and to do their best”. It also comments on the “Trust's commitment to providing high-quality education for some of the most vulnerable pupils in the community is clear”.
While we celebrate this achievement, we recognise that our journey does not end here. Our commitment to continuous improvement remains steadfast. We will build on this success by striving for excellence in all areas of our school’s operations and ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive.
This "Good" rating is not just a reflection of our past efforts but a promise of our future potential. We will continue to nurture a culture of high expectations, resilience, and aspiration by offering education, growth and opportunity!”

Since joining Maiden Erlegh Trust in 2020, Hamilton School has literally been on a journey, relocating to purpose-built facilities designed with the needs of the children in mind.
